In this podcast Steve Bogner, Luke Marson, Mark Ingram and Jarret Pazahanick talk about good practices for implementing SuccessFactors HCM. Sven Ringling is SAP HXM Solution Advisor at ORBIS People GmbH (www.orbis-people.de), a consultancy for Digital HR with SAP's HXM portfolio including SAP SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, H4S4 and SAP HCM. He advises customers on their digital HR transformation journey from strategy and roadmap to implementation and continuous improvement. Sven started his career in 1996 as an SAP HR consultant at IDS Scheer in Germany. He subsequently co-founded SAP HCM consultancies in Germany and the UK and led their cloud transformation initiatives. He has worked with >100 customers across a variety of countries and has been a speaker on Digital HR on conferences on 4 continents. Brandon has worked in HR technology 20+ years. He specializes in Employee Central with over 30 implementations under his belt. His clients include airlines, retail, manufacturing, oil and gas, financial services, and public sector.
