Thanks for your comment. One of he best ways to get that sort of information is to network with other customers. Join ASUG and network with customers there, or try attending SuccessConnect conferences. Those are two of the best ways to learn from other customers.

what is the future of SAP HCM. on-premise HCM will be support till by SAP AG in 2025.

Hi Abdul - on-premise is supported through 2025 as you mention; after that, we don't know. SAP typically announces any extensions of maintenance well in advance of the deadline so that companies can make plans. And SAP has said in various conferences and forums that they will not force customers to move from on-premise, though I would expect there would be a cost to maintaining support in those cases.
