We also discuss SAP's new drive for innovation without disruption. Though we do have some reservations and see some obstacles, we are excited for the future of SAP HCM and believe it is promising.

Focusing on core-HR, Payroll and Project Management around SAP and SuccessFactors HCM, he has worked with all sizes and types of companies. Becky MurrayRebecca Murray

Rebecca Murray is a founder and Managing Partner at Illumiti HCM. Rebecca is an experienced HCM Consultant, helping companies develop and continuously maintain optimal and high-performing workforces. She specializes in the design and integration of talent management and ESS and MSS solutions. Rebecca helps clients across the world implement sustainable global workforce development strategies. She applies her insight and knowledge to each endeavor and excels in delivering a positive user experience. Rebecca holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering and a Masters degree in Business Administration. Sven Ringling

Sven Ringling is SAP HXM Solution Advisor at ORBIS People GmbH (www.orbis-people.de), a consultancy for Digital HR with SAP's HXM portfolio including SAP SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, H4S4 and SAP HCM. He advises customers on their digital HR transformation journey from strategy and roadmap to implementation and continuous improvement. Sven started his career in 1996 as an SAP HR consultant at IDS Scheer in Germany. He subsequently co-founded SAP HCM consultancies in Germany and the UK and led their cloud transformation initiatives. He has worked with >100 customers across a variety of countries and has been a speaker on Digital HR on conferences on 4 continents. His books and articles published in German, English, and Chinese cover SAP HCM, SAP Concur, Qualtrics and SAP SuccessFactors. Sven is on Twitter at svenringling.

Brandon Toombs

Brandon has worked in HR technology 20+ years. He specializes in Employee Central with over 30 implementations under his belt.  His clients include airlines, retail, manufacturing, oil and gas, financial services, and public sector. Brandon has held many project roles - change management, project management, trainer, functional analysis, and a developer. He brings a unique blend of business, functional and technical expertise. He has presented at numerous conferences, is co-author of the latest version of the SAP Press Employee Central book and hosts the only known YouTube channel devoted to Employee Central.
